What we are — and aren't

We're not a dealer and we're not owned by one. We don't sell trucks, take a cut of a sale, or sit between you and the dealership — every listing on the marketplace links straight to the dealer's own page.

The market data is real. Prices and mileage in the Price Guide come from live US dealer inventory — asking prices, not guesses, refreshed monthly, with thin sample years dropped rather than averaged dishonestly.

Nothing here is pay-to-play. The mod database ranks products by what they do to the truck. If that ever changes for a placement, it gets labeled as one.

It's free. The site, the data, the concierge search — all of it. If you want to support the truck itself, that's what sponsorship is for.

We are not Ram, and we are not pretending to be. TRX Central is an independent enthusiast publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FCA US LLC, Stellantis, or the Ram brand. “Ram,” “1500,” “TRX,” “SRT” and “HEMI” are their trademarks, used here only to say which truck we are talking about.

Empty sections stay empty. This site launched with no articles, no mod entries and no owner builds, because the ones it inherited were about a different truck. Nothing gets invented to fill a page — a section with nothing in it is telling you the truth about what we have verified so far.

The concierge is free and unpaid. No dealer pays us to put a truck in front of you, and no dealer pays us when a search ends in a sale. We screen every matching listing in the country either way. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes with it, before the first dollar moves.
